Mission:
Oregon Educational Media Association’s journal Interchange exists to meet the needs of its members
by providing a resource to support the needs of both professional and paraprofessional members and
providing a way to share successes and ideas.
History:Interchange: Journal of
the Oregon Educational Media Association continues from the publications OASL Oregon School Librarian
and Media Specialist and OEMA Interchange.
Interchange is published 3 times yearly under the guidance of Coordinating Editors. Each issue also has a Guest Editor who is responsible for each issue’s themed content OEMA members are welcome
to contribute articles for consideration. Please contact the Coordinating Editors for information. Contributor Guidelines are
linked below.
In addition to articles related to the theme of the issue, each issue also includes regular columns from the association’s
president and paraprofessional representative, occasional columns from other contributors, and book reviews.
Interchange also accepts advertising from school library related companies and other library resource vendors. Contact the
Advertising Manager for current costs and options.
